2. I have attached… 我附加了文件...
附件有許多不同的說法
但記得避免太過於正式的語句: “per the attached” (X) 或是 “in attachment” (X)
We are pleased to offer the attached quotation for…
我們很高興為您提供...的報價於附檔。
I have attached the detailed quotation for your review.
我已附加了更詳細的報價供您參考。
Please find the attached quotation for the products specified in your request.
請在附檔中找到針對您的請求所設定的產品報價。
Specifics matter.
再三確認你在email內容中已寫出足夠的報價細節,讓收信者不需打開附件便可清楚理解報價,
這可以幫助雙方節省溝通時間、提高合作機會喔!
3. Please note that… 請多加注意...
當你有任何希望收信者理解或注意的訊息時,Please note that 便有利於讓對方提高注意力。
避免使用常見錯誤片語: “please be noted that” (X) 和 “please notice/be noticed that” (X)
